Couldn't Retrieve character list in Destiny server

Anyone have the issue of couldn't retrieve character list when log in to server? I've this issue 1st and it will automatically log out to the login screen when in character selection screen.... The character that has been created previous also gone.

After a couple minutes, i tried to re-login again then i found that the issue of auto log no more but the character that i create earlier was gone.....

Pls hlp!

Im re-downloading the game and seeing if i still have the issue. ive got about 4 other logins that all did the same thing.
